Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Singapore and selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please drop us a note at hello@justonecollective.com
 and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How long does delivery take?
Singapore: 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.
International: 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing.

How much is shipping?
Singapore orders: Free shipping for purchases above SGD 80. A flat rate applies for smaller orders.
International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your tee’s journey.
